good for the money
There are a lot of products like these on the market with a lot of variation in price. function is pretty much the same all around, invisible protective layer to keep screen from scratching. why spend 30 dollars or more when one that cost [...] does the same exact thing?

the hardest part is getting it on the screen right. i read reviews for other ones, and every one complains about how difficult this screens are to get on. this is TRUE. be ready to dedicate close to an HOUR just to get in on. Knowing this gets you mentality ready for a very tedious, but important step in protecting your expensive notebook.

the big challenge is lining it up as close to perfect on the new generation of macbook. it is VERY DIFFICULT TO DIFFERENTIATE with the edge of the LCD and the black frame and the adhesive screen protector. this was the longest step.

here is the technique i used.

alcohol and soft wipe to clean screen, make it spotless. can of air to blow off dust as it occasionally lands on screen while putting on cover.get powder free vinyl gloves to avoid finger prints and to help stick it to lcd.

peel corner, and line it up with corner of lcd (top left first). slowly peel away back, and line up LEFT edge of monitor. the more parallel it is with the side, the straiter it will be. (might help to initially turn on monitor, to see edge clearly, then turn it off when you are satisfied to avoid air bubbles that you wont be able to see when on.

in a sweeping smooth motion, press lightly on protector on to screen, slowly peeling away underside of protector left to right.

i think using the gloves really made the task smoother. only a few air bubbles that i anticipate will disappear in a few days. either way, you cant even see them when the monitor is on. overall, i can give a good recommendation for this if you want to save money but get the job done.
